Below are some fun pictures of our book party for “By the Great Horn Spoon!” We were fortunate to have access to a campground site all morning for our book discussions and activities! The highlight of the party was digging for gold! Amy did an amazing job preparing the activity! I had a blast planning the food and was so proud of many of the kids who actually tried fried oysters! An expensive delicacy out in the California gold digging sites!
